Discovered in one of our very favorite European markets, this vintage large scale art piece is lovely with it's dark blue, gold and pale sage green hues with images of all the astrological signs among a sky of artfully drawn stars and planets. Gold lettering with "TOUT EST BIEN" AND "QUI FINIT BIEN" translates to "All's Well That Ends Well", a well known French proverb referring to when a badly engaged or problematic situation leads to a happy conclusion. In other words, it is used to say that despite doubt, everything has finally returned to order!
Panel measures 39.5" square and the frame is about a quarter of an inch thick. -
