This delightful, hand-carved wood with hand-applied gilt is upholstered in ivory velvet and was crafted in France. The size and scale of this piece would work well at the end of a queen-sized bed, but this piece could be used in myriad ways. The antiqued gold gilt is warm in tone, but not too bright. The off white, almost bone color of the velvet is also perfectly neutral. Antiqued brass nail heads line the perimeter of the upholstery and provide a chic transition between the velvet and gilt wood. New construction and upholstery, imported.
