A charmingly decorated silver-plate wine coaster or sleeve to keep red wine drips from staining your surfaces, sourced in France. The decoration is Rococo in style and the bottom is stamped "CBE." 

Measures 4.75" round and 3"H. The interior diameter is 4 inches and will hold most wine and champagne bottles. Surface wear present as well as some oxidation on the interior.
