This decorative plaster wall panel features intriguing nautical imagery. First, the "broken" ship's wheel indicates a person who is lost at sea. Above the ship's wheel is a sacred heart symbol. Piercing the wheel is a sword, and at each side of the wheel are some floral carvings that appear to be laurel leaves on one side and ivy on the other. There are two words carved out of the ship's wheel at the bottom that read "AMOR VINCIT" which in Latin, translates to "Love Conquers."
Measures: 31.5" W x 24" H x 2.5" D. D-rings installed to back for hanging (after photography was done), so the wire can be removed. This piece does show some previous cracks and chips, but it has a solid piece of wood on the back to stabilize.
