This antique sugar bowl is crafted hotel silver, or silver plate on pewter. The front is engraved with a very stylized monogram that looks to be the letters "E" and "R" entwined on top of a fish or eye shaped decoration. The meaning of the monogram is unknown. The bottom has markings which indicate the piece is Belgian and silver-plated.
Bowl measures 7"W x 4.5"D x 5"H. Interior is in very good condition. Patination is present on the exterior, but the plating appears to be in good condition. See images.
