19th century fallow deer trophy from Emperor Franz Josef's castle at Eckartsau in the Southern Austrian Alps, a favorite hunting schloss of the Habsburg Royal family. This historic hunting trophy features the original black forest carved plaque and an original Austrian signup memorial medal from 1898, has the likeness of Emperor Franz Josef on the medal of the badge.
