This is a great vintage ceramic bar dish with the German Veltins label at center with a curving, gilt edge. The design is in black, red and green with gold accents. Some wear is present in the letters and the bottom of the piece. 

Measures 5.2"W x 5.2"D x 1"H. No maker's mark present.
