This antique French steamer trunk features a wood body wrapped in canvas and leather with brass hardware and leather handles. The side of this trunk has an old label that reads "Destination: London Bridge" which is worn and patinated. The hardware is stamped "MANUFACTURE DE MALLES MALARD E&M 133 RUE D'ABOUKIR PARIS," a trademark of Malard E&M, Parisian luggage maker. We love steamer trunks like this set up as a small bar top. Lightweight enough to move around easily when empty.
Measures 28"W x 18"D x 34"H. Surface wear is present on the piece, both inside and out. Opens from the top only. See images for full details.
