This set of four Napoleonic etchings are each framed in matching gilt frames in a pale champagne-colored gilt with accents of orange throughout. The subject of each print are military scenes, and each etching has identifying marks (shown in images) of their subject and the printing. The thin gilt frames have texture to them, almost like a pie-crust that has been pinched into place. The glass is in good shape, though some debris may be present on the surface. There are hanging rings on the back with nylon fishing wire attached.
Each frame measures 24"W x 18"H x 0.6"D. Each etching is slightly different in size, but the finish size of each frame is the same. Small losses to gilt as well as gaping at corners of frame is present. There is surface wear on the frames and discoloration on the prints likely from moisture.
