  • A stunning and very lifelike hand-carved linden wood Fallow deer with Italian polychrome painting technique with antique Habsburg antlers from the Eckartsau Castle of Emperor Franz Josef in the Southern Austrian Alps, a favorite hunting schloss of the Habsburg family. This is considered a one of a kind pairing. Includes original wappen and veteran's medal dated December 2nd, 1873.

    Measures 37 inches in height with a plaque that is 19 inches wide. The antlers measure approximately 26.5 inches wide and 19 inches depth from wall.
