This gorgeous 19th French Louis XV mirror is crafted using repoussé gilt technique, and is a treasure indeed. Uncovered within the Marché Vernaison aux puces de Saint Ouen in Paris from our very favorite dealer (who originally sold us the iron laurel leaves for the Laurier Blanc logo all those years ago!).
The mirror features beautifully handcrafted repoussé gilt detailing, a technique where brass is hammered from the inside and outside to create the beautiful shapes and designs. It measures almost 23" at the highest point and 12" in width.
