  • A lovely discovery during our recent time in France, this large-scale etching stone was used in printing (so if you look at the detailed images, all writing and images are reversed". Features the image of the tomb of Pope Innocent VI, born Étienne Aubert, who was Pope from 18 December 1352 to his death in 1362. He was the fifth Avignon Pope. Artfully mounted on iron stand and a second similar sized mounted etching stone is also available (featuring a different scene).

    Measures 15.25"12.25"4.5"D. Stone rests inside the stand and is not permanently attached.
