  • 19th century Roe Deer trophies from Emperor Franz Joseph's castle at Eckartsau in the Southern Austrian Alps, a favorite hunting schloss of the Habsburg Royal family.  Each trophy mounted on exquisitely hand-carved original Black Forest plaques and look particularly beautiful in sets or groupings.  Original writing on the skull is the member of Nobility that would have been hunting with the Emperor.
