This is a nineteenth century French Louis Philippe chest of drawers with a gray marble top. This chest has four drawers with elegant pulls and keyhole escutcheons in brass as well as brass details at the legs. The body of this chest is oak with a mahogany veneer, with drawers fitted with Belgian linen linings (these are removable). The gray Belgian marble has black, charcoal, slate and white veining with a decorative, beveled edge. This piece offers ample storage and style.
Measures 38"W x 20.5"D x 39.5"H. Some losses to veneer (pictured) as well as surface wear. The marble does have surface wear as well as some slight discoloration in places-- please see all images for details. No keys for the piece.
