This 18th century dining and writing table originates from Catalonia in northeastern Spain. The legs are beautifully carved and supported by ironwork featuring curves and twists. The top of the table is made with several planks of walnut joined with butterfly joints (shown on underside of table) and with one large butterfly joint on the top at center. The wood is a rich brown color with obvious age and wear to the edges and top. The size would work well as a large desk for one or even a shared space for two.
Measures: 59" L x 37" D x 31.5" H. The knee clearance is 30.5" from floor to the bottom edge of the table top.
