This is an antique Louis Philippe Mirror, discovered in France. The design on the giltwood frame is a floral pattern with decorative beaded accents. The tones are in the range of soft reds that have likely faded over time, leaving a beautiful finish. See images for details and examples of the varied finish.

Measures: Overall dimensions are 24.5" W x 34" H x 1.5" D. Chips and surface wear are present. Back is completely enclosed and mirror is original. There is an area of crazing in the top edge of the mirror (shown) that is a result of age and is not a crack in the glass.
