Discovered during our recent travels to the kingdom of Bhutan high in the Himalayas, this hanging (or tabletop) lapis endless knot makes for a very interesting piece of symbology. The Knot of Eternity is one of the eight auspicious symbols of Tibetan Buddhism representing the interweaving of the Spiritual path, the flowing of Time and Movement within That Which is Eternal. All existence, it says, is bound by time and change, yet ultimately rests serenely within the Divine and the Eternal.
This is wood piece that has been covered with blue stones and brass and can be hung on the wall or displayed on a stack of books for an interesting tabletop display. Measures 8 inches long, 6 inches wide and 1/2 an inch thick and said to be crafted from lapis lazuli stones. Just this one available.
